Who are Launch Office Solutions Ltd?
I was working in an accounting office and myself and the owners saw the need to provide more support to our clients and decided to start a bookkeeping business. We specialize in Xero and payroll and implementing smart solutions to save time and money for our small to medium businesses. Based in Omarama we have an office in Wanaka and Timaru to catch up with clients.

Were you previously using an Accounts Payable solution, if so, what was it and why have you moved?
Previously we were using Receiptbank, we chose to make the move to Lightyear because it was easier to use.
Why have you chosen to implement Lightyear?
This is an easy one, it's simple to view and see where a bill is at in the process of approving.
Did you Find Lightyear easy to implement?
Yes
Did you encounter any initial objections from staff, if so what were they and how did you overcome them?
As agents engaged to assist businesses in this process... I can categorically assure you, there has been nothing but 'oh thank goodness' from our office!
Were you happy with the level of customisation available to you?
Very much so, there was a higher level of customisation than expected.

Since implementing Lightyear, on average, how many supplier bills did you need to go back and fix errors with your Accounts Payable data in your accounting software?
1-10%
What percentage on costs are you saving on your overall accounts payable functions and have you been able to take advantage of early payment discounts?
We have not seen a difference in the number of early payment discounts and are saving on average 30-40% on Account Payable costs.
What would you say to someone who is potentially transitioning to Lightyear?
Lightyear will save you time and it's easy to use - I would definitely recommend.
