What were the pain points you needed Lightyear to solve?
We were looking for a solution that could assist us with;

Did you encounter any initial objections from staff, if so what were they and how did you overcome them?
Change management is always tough. Objections were based around the time required to complete the process however once the process was in place and appropriate training provided it was great.
How did Lightyear help you overcome those difficulties?
Lightyear support was excellent as we purchased the implementation support (Lets Get Going) package.
How useful did you find our Lets Get Going Program?
Very useful and value for money was excellent. Took away all the worries of implementation. If there was an issue, you could just pass it to the LY team.

What percentage on costs are you saving on your overall accounts payable functions and have you been able to take advantage of early payment discounts?
Since we have implemented Lightyear we are saving on average 20-30% on Account Payable costs, which is a brilliant result. In terms of early payment discounts, we have not reported a change in the amount we are availing of.
